When an email is sent via Paragon to an invalid address, a reply, called a Non-Delivery Response (NDR), is sent from the postmaster at the destination with a notice that the message could not be delivered. These NDR’s are sent to a special mailbox in the Paragon email infrastructure, and we periodically process the messages through our opt-out system.

Have you or a client erroneously opted out of receiving email via Paragon and need to opt yourself or your client back in? Read on!

Agent Opted Out

Click on the Compose Email link on Paragon's home page.

The Tool Box pictured here will open.

Send yourself an email.

 

You will get the following error message.

Click on the link in the message.

The Opt Out/ Opt In email tool will open.

Click on Opt In

Enter your email address

Click Next and you're in!

 

Client Opted Out

If you have received a Bounce back email message from Paragon like the one below

OR when you send a client an Email from Paragon and you get the email error message, follow the same steps.

Click on the link in the message

 

On the Opt In tab, enter the client's email address.

Click Next.

 

 

You can now continue to send email successfully in Paragon.

 

Email Signatures

Are you looking for an easy way to add and update your signatures for emails and notifications? Then check out Paragon's Email Signatures tool. Paragon allows you to have multiple signatures at your disposal housed in Paragon, available to you whenever or however you choose.

From the tool bar click on Preferences and choose email.

                                                                                                          The Preferences Wizard Menu will open.

                              Click on Email and Add New   

The Email Signature Tool will open

Enter your name and check the Default Signature box if you want to set this as your default.

In the Rich text Editor click on the Add/Insert Image tool.

This will open the Insert/Edit Image Tool

Click on the Browse button

This will open the Image manger window where you can select the image you wish to insert.

Click on Upload image to browse out to your picture gallery.

Double click on an image from your image gallery to load it into the Image Manager.

Click on Insert Image to insert the image into your signature.

Back in the Email Signature box, type in the signature you want to use and click Save.

You may add as many signatures as you like in Paragon. Be sure to name them accordingly.

Creating an Email Message Body

Do you find yourself typing the same general message to clients over and over again? Simplify your life! Type it once, save it and pick it from a drop down list whenever you need it! Create one or more email message bodies for future use.

Click on main menu button, Preferences.

   The Preferences Menu will open.

Click on Email

    Click on Message Body

Click on Add New            

The Message Body Tool will open

Type in a message.

Enter the message name and check the Default box if you want to set this as your default. Add a signature and be sure to save your work.

 

The next time you go to compose email, you will see a Message Body menu item. Click on it and a drop down list of the messages you created and saved will appear.

If you want to be sure paragon will continue to deliver your auto notifications beyond their expiration date, watch for your expiration notifications for your opportunity to renew the notification.

You can see your Notifications on Paragon's Home Page Alerts widget or upon login.

Click on the number in the Expiring Notification box.

 

Click on Deactivate or Renew.


This will automatically expire or extend the notification 12 months.

Printing Listings

Now that you have done your search, you may want to print one or more of the listings you have found. Listings can printed using multiple options detailed below.

Click on Print from the task bar on the search results page.

A drop down will appear with the option to use Print or Print+. Print will print what you see on their screen currently. Print+ will open a print tool box.

 

Click on Print+ to open the print tool box and make the desired selections. Click Add once you have selected the Available Report and click Print. You can also click on print preview before you print to see what you are about to print.

  

Emailing Listings

Now that you have done your search, you may want to email one or more of the listings you have found. Listings can be emailed as a link or as an attachment.

Click on email from the task bar on the search results page.

Click add to move the selected reports to the Selected Reports Field.

Click on Email to open the email tool box.
