Adding a Contact

Are you working with a new client? You will need to enter their contact information in Paragon. Adding a contact in Paragon is quick and easy. In addition to giving you access to your clients' contact information, it's the first step of being able to associate a saved search with a client and set up auto notifications of your search results for your clients.

Click on Contacts and Add Contact.

The Contact Information Page will open. (pictured below)

There are only 2 required fields in the Contact Information page. Once you have entered the first and last names for the customer, Paragon will allow you to save that contact.

Click on the Active radio button to activate this contact.

Enter the First Name, Last Name and any other contact information you wish and click Save.

With the Inactive option for contacts in Paragon; you can interrupt auto notifications to clients without having to delete the contact. You may also add a secondary/spouse contact to receive emails and auto notifications. If entering one or more email addresses; one email address must be marked as Primary.

You can designate the contact as a Buyer, Seller or Other as you choose.

You have just added a contact in Paragon!
