Using the Contact Manager

Managing Groups

Did you know you could assign Clients to Groups that you create and you can manage those clients by Group? If you answered "NO" let's fix that!

Managing Clients by Group

Click on the Contacts button on the main menu.

Click on Manage Groups

   →     

 

 

The Group List will open.

From the Group List page you can: Add New Groups Names and Descriptions, Modify a Group Name and Description, Delete, Print, the Group List & E-Mail members of a Group(s)

 

Add New

Modify

 

Delete

Select the Group or Groups to be deleted. Click Delete.

 

Click Delete Group(s)

Print

The Complete list of Groups can now be printed.

Click Print

 

Click Print

 

 

Email

Click E-Mail

 

The distribution list is already created for you!

Compose your email and click Send

 

Sort By Group

 

You are ready to work with Groups in your Contact Manager!
