Add a Task To a Contact

There are many details and tasks to track throughout the life of a client. Do you need to add a new, delete or mark a task as complete in Paragon? Read on!

Adding a Task to a Client Using the Contact Manager.

Click on the Contacts button on the main menu.

Click on View/Manage Contacts.

   →    

 

 

A list of current contacts will open.

Contact List Example

Click on the name of the contact who needs the task added.

 

The Contact Activity Page will open.

 

Click on the plus sign + to open the More Information folder.

 

Click on Tasks

Click on Add Task

 

 

 

The Task Form will open.

 

 

 

Fill out the Task Form

 

 

Click Save

The task is now added to the task list for that contact.

 

Click on the title of the task to modify it or mark it as complete.

 

To delete a task; place a check mark in the box of the task you wish to delete and click Delete.

You have successfully added a task in Paragon!
